Q: I'm not in the US, how do I calculate shipping charges?
Q: How large are the wooden letters?
A: Each letter is approximately 8'' in height and 4'' in width (varies slightly depending on the letter choices).
Q: How much ribbon is provided for each Bow Keeper?
A: Letter and Bow Keepers use a total of 1 1/2 yards of ribbon for the bow attachment area. The Portrait Bow Keepers use anywhere between 1 1/2 to 2 yards of ribbon. The D-Ring Bow Keepers are just shy of 1 yard.
Q: How do I request a specific ribbon color?
A: Review the ribbon selection guide and make that note when ordering. If you have something else in mind, use the contact page and let your ideas be heard.
Q: What treatment is done to the ribbon ends to prevent fraying?
A: All ribbon ends are treated with "Fray Check" or another mechanism which stops fraying on fabric.
Q: Can I request a Customize U Portrait Bow Keeper?

Q: How quickly will my order be completed?
A: Most orders have an average turn around time is 7-10 business days for production and 3-5 days for shipping. Our Nursery Letters (connected and individual) will have a 4 to 6 week production time. Our single nursery letters

Q: I want a toddler hair bow, but on an infant clip-what do I do?
A: Any of our hair bows can be customized to your specifications. It is no problem to size up or down a bow to fit on the clip you need.
